2008 Fall Recreational Soccer Signups |
Signups are now underway for most area recreational soccer programs. Recreational soccer differs from travel soccer in that there are no tryouts and the costs are usually much lower. Some clubs provide "house" programs which means that all games are played against other club teams on club fields. Most programs participate in the Great Lakes Co-Ed Soccer League which is made up of teams from Manistee, to Ravenna, to Spring Lake and everywhere in between.
Recreational soccer is open to players of all skill levels and ages. Divisions are categorized by age, starting with U6 (six and Under) all the way to U19. Teams for the older divisions are not always fielded depending on the season; due to conflicts related to area high school J.V. and varsity teams.
Below is a complete list of area clubs. Not all clubs have web sites and I have provided as much information as I have been able to find regarding signups and contacts including registration forms if available.
If you have information about any of the programs, please Contact me and I will be happy to update the directory.

2008 Football and Cheerleading Signups |
Football and Cheerleading singups have started for most clubs and will close around the middle of July.
As you can see, there are many clubs in the Muskegon area, however, we have not been able to collect information from many of them. If you have contact information for any of the clubs on the following list, please use the link on the details page to provide us with whatever information you have. You should also keep a close watch on the Chronicle Clippings, found in the Muskegon Chronicle -- and also in the classified ads under "Signups". Some communities such as Fruitport and Norton Shores also have their own newspapers or local publications which will also publish signup information.
Since some clubs do not have web sites, we can publish the signup dates and registration forms in our directory, but we currently do not have the information and will appreciate any help we can get in obtaining it.
Here is the list of clubs we are aware of in the greater Muskegon area:
